SLAM Energy Software can be either installed on your own in-house server as a fully web-based system or purchased and used through the cloud. Your cloud or ours, either option gives you the full functionality of the system.
Enterprise - Web Server (In-House) Installation
For a web server installation in your own environment, the software is sold according to the staff who will be using the software. End users who submit forms (requests, changes, issues) of any kind do not need a license. The licenses can be purchased in either fixed or concurrent configuration or a combination of the two. Fixed licenses are assigned to one staff and can only be used by that staff. Concurrent staff are not tied to any one staff and are utilized on a session basis.
Staff licenses are purchased as a one time charge and the system is installed on your own in-house server. Additional licenses may be purchased at any time.
